Returns and Refund policy

  • Any products bought from the sale section are eligible for exchange only in case of  wrong sizing. 
  • All items bought from the clearance sale section are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • A credit note equivalent to the cost amount is provided for returns/exchange of items that are not on sale.
  • In case, you wish to exchange any product, you need to return it within 7 days of delivery.
  • Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds.
  • In the case of returns, the item purchased must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. The products should be in their original packaging accompanied by proof of purchase.
  • Return items received will be checked by the quality assurance team. Failing to meet any expectations, the product will be not accepted as well as will be returned back to you at your expense.  CreditNote will not be applicable in this case.
  • We request you to coordinate with the third-party website or retail store for any return or exchange request of the products purchased from them.
  • International orders are not eligible for any returns/exchanges.
  • In case of a missing/wrong/damaged product, we request you to get in touch with our customer care team within 72 hours of delivery.

*Credit Note: All items purchased from our website can be returned for a credit coupon within 7 days from the date of delivery. The entire amount of the returned product will be credited to the coupon code.

How to use a FORLI Credit Note: 

  • FORLI Credit Note can be applied on our website at the checkout page.
  • On the checkout page, you have to apply the credit note code in the 'DISCOUNT CODE' section and click on 'APPLY'
  • The discount code will automatically be reflected and the amount will be deducted from the payable amount.
  • The validity of the credit note is 1 Year.
  • Credit note does not include the shipping fee paid during placing the order.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

For all CASH ON DELIVERY orders purchased online, cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. Any cancellations for PREPAID orders will be issued with a credit note.

SHIPPING INFORMATION - INDIA 

We at FORLI know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and on time. We use a large network of couriers to deliver your products as early as possible.  

  • Depending upon the pin code, the product is delivered within 7 working days after it is dispatched from our warehouse.
  • We don't charge any additional shipping charges. Our Shipping is absolutely free. 
  • In case, any pre-paid order is lost in transit then the entire amount will be refunded.
  • COD Orders: All COD orders are contacted by our customer service team for order confirmation. ● Please note, two attempts will be made to confirm the order, if failed to answer the calls, the orders will be marked as cancelled.

 

  • Our courier partner will contact you before delivering the product. In case you are not at the delivery address, three attempts will be made in order to deliver the product. Failing to receive or attend to the calls made will result in your order being returned back to our warehouse.
